Community Builder – Traveling

MyWorkChoice is looking for traveling teams who will help onboard new clients with our new millennial-friendly e-staffing technology. You will work in our Recruiting Engagement Center handling recruiting and on-boarding communications for our clients all over the U.S. Then, when we start up a new client, you along with a couple of team members will change in the phone booth and put on your superhero costume, and fly to that location. You will spend the first two weeks training onsite staff, building our community of our flex workers, and introducing MyWorkChoice to our clients.

You will spend at least two weeks out of every month on the road. All travel expenses, meals, rental cars, flights, laptop, smartphone are of course provided. See America!

We are looking for social media-minded, educated, driven superheroes who want to build this exciting new way of work.

Requirements:

  • 2 years work experience preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Degree Preferred
  • Ability to communicate to large groups
  • Tech Savy
  • Free to travel
  • We will train on the concept and tool.
