What You’ll Do:   

At this ProCon facility in Appleton, WI, you will be a part of a team that meets the production needs by:   

• Assisting with machine setup, operation, and maintenance to meet production goals. 
• Wrapping and staging finished products and maintaining a clean, organized work area. 
• Completing other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Two-Week Training Schedule 

For the first two weeks, you must complete the required training before full access to a flexible shift schedule: 

• Monday – Friday 
  • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM 

Flexible Shift Schedule (After Training) 

Once trained, you’ll have the freedom to pick up, drop, and trade shifts all in the MyWorkChoice app

• Work Days: Choose any days from Monday through Sunday
• Shift Lengths: From 4 to 12 hours, whatever suits your schedule
• Shifts Times: Options for both 1st and 2nd shifts
• Locations: Work at either the Appleton or Little Chute facilities
