Is this a full-time job or a side gig?
It can be either!
We look for people who need the dependability of full-time work and the chance to grow in their career, but also want the option to drop a shift without any hassle.
We also need part-timers who can work regular schedules or who just want to pick up shifts as they are available.
Just tell us in your preferences in the MWC app or let one of our recruiters know what works best for you!
Where do I go to finish my paperwork?
To finish your paperwork, log in to your MyWorkChoice mobile app or our website.
After logging in, you'll find pending paperwork on your Dashboard or Home screen. Once finished, these steps will appear as completed.
Where are you located?
MyWorkChoice has a central recruitment and support center located in Hickory, North Carolina. We also have staff onsite at many of our partner locations across the U.S.
My paperwork is showing completed. What is my next step?
Great work! After completing your application, you have just a few more steps. First, upload your document(s) to verify your identity for the Federal I9 process. This can be done securely in the MWC App (in the documents section). Once you’ve uploaded your documents a MyWorkChoice recruiter will send you additional steps to complete the hiring process (which includes a background check on the last 7 years). After that, you can select your first shift!
Will someone contact me after I complete the paperwork?
You got it! We’ll send you reminders and instructions of next steps via text message, push notification, and in app messaging, we want to make sure we get you the job you deserve.
What if I’m unable to view/select shifts?
Most likely, you need to complete your paperwork and submit your IDs. After these steps are complete, you typically can pick your first shift within 2-5 business days.
If you’re already employed by MyWorkChoice and unable to view shifts – your star rating may be the reason why. A friendly reminder that your star rating will determine your ability to pick up future shifts.
3 or above – pick up any available future shifts (keep up the good work!)
Below 2.9 – you can only see shifts available for today and tomorrow (get that score back up!)
