At Stanley Black & Decker’s facility in Jackson, TN, you will be a part of a team that meets the production needs by:  

• Inspecting parts to identify areas requiring rework and sanding down parts to meet quality standards.
• Ensuring all reworked parts meet specified tolerances and documenting recurring quality issues.
• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols and collaborating with the quality control team.

Requirements:

• 6–12 months of experience in quality control or a rework position preferred
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify quality issues
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
