Our kids aren’t buying the “grind-til-you-die” mentality you and I were raised on.
👉 It’s not a “privilege to work here” at $15-$17 an hour.
👉 It’s not exciting to work 12-hour shifts.
👉 I don’t want to become a “Supervisor” one day.
This isn’t a debate on how that generation is spoiled. It’s just a fact.
We can bitch all we want about it, but if we don’t adapt to the new world, it’s going to pass us by.
